Hello Dianna fans! For a long time, new and unique female perspectives in storytelling have struggled to emerge – therefore, Tribeca and Chanel partnered up to identify the growing need to support creative artists in the filmmaking arena with such a perspective, and created the filmmaker program “Through her Lens”! Through her lens is a “multi-faceted program that provides funding, meaningful project support, and significant mentorship for up-and-coming US-based female writers and directors.” The goal of the program is to nurture essential female artistic voices working toward establishing sustainable careers by helping them refine and present their short film concepts to the film industry, and selecting one of their project to fund and see through production.

Yesterday, Dianna had the big honor of being one of the jury members to decide the recipients of this year’s edition of Through Her Lens. The jury was comprised of Dianna, Effie T. Brown, Cara Delevingne, Mary Harron, Rachel Morrison, and Paula Weinstein, and the announcements and following Cocktail Celebration Event was held at the Greenwich Hotel in New York. Dianna looked absolutely stunning in an all-black outfit, and our gallery now has 59 high quality pics from the evening for you! I will search for videos and other additional information and photos through the weekend, so keep checking back.
